How to Apply

Your journey to the NAPI program starts here

Application Procedure

Follow the steps below to formally apply to the NAPI program

  1. Check if you are eligible to apply
  2. Attend the NAPI Information Session (optional, otherwise see Info Session slides here.)
    • ADMU on September 3, 2026; 2pm @ CTC 413
    • DLSU on September 4, 2026; 2pm @ A1505
  3. Decide on a first and second choice laboratory
    Note: Due to the high number of applications, you may not be assigned to your preferred lab.
  4. Prepare the following documents:
    • Scanned copy of passport (data page)
    • Scanned copy of Certificate of Enrollment (not tuition receipt) or Graduation
    • Scanned copy of Official Transcript of Records of at least the last fiscal year
      Note: ADMU request, DLSU request
  5. Ask permission from your Thesis Adviser, Department Chair, Program Director, or other faculty member to complete the Recommendation Form for your NAPI application
    Note: The Recommendation Form will be automatically sent to your recommender's email after you submit the Application Form below

  6. Submit the Application Form by October 16, 2026
  7. Remind your recommender to complete the Recommendation Form by October 23, 2026


Handling of Personal Information

The collected documents, including the application form, passport copy, and certificate of enrollment or graduation, will be used solely for the purposes of screening and processing applications for this program. All personal information will be handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with relevant data protection regulations. Documents will not be shared with any third parties unrelated to the selection process and will be securely disposed of after use.
